I said I had something exciting coming up and now that it is confirmed, I can share and not be scared that I am going to jinx it.....

I am starting school next week!

I finally decided on a program that my parents agreed upon (important since they are paying for it). What a complete 180 this is from last year. I had zero interest in going back to school for the longest time but this past year of dumb choices really motivated me to do something with my life and be a better person than the people I had surrounded myself with and a better person than I had become. I never thought I would be excited about going back to school but things change and I haven't been this excited in a long time.

I'm going to be doing a Medical Admin Assistant program that starts with just a certificate for now but once that is done, I'll keep going for a real degree. Baby steps. And I am okay with these baby steps because at least I am doing something with my life.
